Description:

Scott's housing is now privatized effective.
All newly arrived personnel must visit the Housing Management Office for counseling concerning relocation and prior to entering any agreement concerning private off-base housing (rental or purchase).

AFI 32-6001 and the statement on your orders require you to report to the housing management office before entering into any rental, lease or purchase agreement of off-base housing.

E-1 to E-3 families can live in Scott AFB housing. Single personnel will be housed in dormitory facilities.
